About me and my practice
I believe in a relational approach to therapy where healing occurs through the collaborative work between the client and the therapist. The relationship is part of the healing process.
I specialise in working with depression, anxiety, creative blocks, trauma and dissociation.
I offer both long term, in-depth therapy and short term, goal-focussed therapy depending on client needs.
I also work with couples to explore and improve relationship issues through better communication, self-awareness and applying several theories of couple dynamics.

I am a counsellor/psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience.
I have worked for several charities/organisations over the years while building my private practice.
I have worked for Rape Crisis for over ten years as a senior counsellor.

Initial Consultation
I offer a 15 minute telephone consultation for free.
Fees
My fee is £65 per 5o minute session for individuals
£85 for a 50 minute session with couples.
Concessionary fees considered for students and those on low incomes.

I work Monday to Thursday 9am - 7pm
